What kinds of tutoring businesses is this best for?

Established tutoring businesses with an active student base, whether you run SAT prep, subject tutoring, reading programs, or specialist exam preparation. The key is that you have a proven offer parents are already paying for. We build on that foundation. If you are just getting started with no current students, this is not the right fit yet.

How long until I see results?

Accepted Answer

Most clients have their first new consultations booked within the first two weeks of go-live. That is when the campaigns are live and the automated follow-up is running. Enrollment compounds from there as we continue to optimize and scale the system alongside you.

I have tried ads before and they did not work. Why would this be different?

Accepted Answer

Because the ads were not the problem. When ads do not produce enrolled students, it is almost always one of two things: the follow-up was too slow so the inquiry went cold, or the parents who booked a consultation did not show up because nothing kept them warm between booking and appointment. We fix both of those before the campaigns spend a dollar.

Do I need to know anything about marketing or technology?

Accepted Answer

No. We build everything: the campaigns, the follow-up automations, the pre-consultation sequences, the dashboard. You do not need to know how any of it works. You need to show up to the weekly check-ins and run the consultations when parents book. That is it.

Question 5

I already have some ads running or an existing enrollment process. Can you still help?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We audit what is already working, keep it, and rebuild only what is breaking. You are not starting from scratch. If your ads are generating inquiries but parents are not booking or not showing up, we know exactly where the gap is and how to fix it.

Question 6

Is this done-for-you or will I be doing most of the work?

Accepted Answer

We build 80 percent of the system. The 20 percent we need from you is your sign-off on the build, showing up to the weekly calls, and running the consultations once parents are booked. We own the technical build. You own the relationships.

What does this cost?

We are not the cheapest option. If you are looking for someone to boost a post for a few hundred dollars a month, that is not us. This is a full end-to-end system build and an ongoing partnership, not a monthly retainer, not a course, not a template. We discuss the investment on the strategy call once we understand your situation. We do not take on clients where the numbers do not make sense for both sides.
