    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the tutormax.io website and the services provided by Iron Creed LLC dba TutorMax ("TutorMax", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Services

    TutorMax provides marketing, automation, and enrollment system consulting and implementation services for tutoring businesses. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to you upon becoming a client.

    2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our core enrollment system build. If within the first 14 days of our engagement you determine that the process, pace, or involvement is not what was described during your strategy session, you may request a full refund. Refunds will be processed promptly without mandatory follow-up calls or forms. This guarantee applies only to the initial build fee and does not cover third-party costs such as ad spend.

    3. Client Responsibilities

    As a client, you agree to:

    • Provide necessary access to your existing platforms, branding materials, and information required to build the system.
    • Attend scheduled strategy and check-in calls.
    • Manage and conduct the actual consultations and sales processes with the leads generated by the system.
    • Fund any third-party advertising costs (e.g., Meta Ads) directly.

    4. Intellectual Property

    Upon completion of the 90-day support window and full payment of all fees, you will retain ownership of the ad accounts, automations, and assets built specifically for your business within your accounts. TutorMax retains all rights to our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing templates used to deliver the services.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Iron Creed LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

    TutorMax makes no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes, enrollment numbers, or return on investment. Results described on our website are from real clients, but individual results will vary based on market conditions, business model, and execution.

    6. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

    7. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
